Sports Experiences

A range of sport and adventure opportunites to build confidence and team skills.

What you'll
be doing

Our Sports programmes are focused on core life skill development, including team building, self-confidence and resilience.

We believe sport not only benefits young people in keeping active and healthy but also forms friendships and provides important lessons in overcoming challenges, celebrating achievements and building confidence. There's an array of activities from netball, rugby and basketball, and can act as a perfect base for tournaments or training.

All our programmes are fully inclusive of accommodation, Kingswood’s exciting activities – there are over 50 to choose from! – and are full-board.
