All accommodation is designed with the leader in mind, most centres have newly decorated in-room facilities offering tea and coffee, USB plugs and en-suite bathrooms. Each room is close to student dormitories to allow for safety checks but offers a quiet relaxing space to unwind.

Kingswood places the utmost importance on safety. We areindependently inspected by BAPA, maintain stringent staff vetting and training,and provide close supervision during all activities. Yourgroup will have three meals a day, these meal slots will be shown on your activity programme, which you will receive four weeks before you attend. If you wish to know specific mealtimes, please contact us closer to your arrival date for more information.
Yes, we can cater to most dietary needs at Kingswood West Runton. If someone in your group has any special requirements, please contact us as soon as possible ahead of your visit, so we can make suitable arrangements.
All activities and meals are included in the cost of thetrip. However, the children may wish to purchase snacks and souvenirs from theshop. We would recommend bringing spending money of £10. Card machines are also available at Kingswood West Runton.
While there is no strict minimum group size, some activities may have participant requirements. We can help organise activities for individuals or small groups as well.
