Non-school groups

We welcome groups all year round, for day visits, great value weekend breaks and longer adventures. Our outdoor activity and adventure programmes are tailored to the objectives of your group, the age of your young people and the duration of your stay to ensure you enjoy maximum impact from your trip.

Whether it’s teambuilding, pure adventure or practical sessions such as bushcraft skills, we will work with you to tailor-make your programme. If your group encompasses a large age range, we can split young people into smaller teams and offer a tailored programme with age appropriate activities and challenges for all.

We are one of the leading providers of phase 1, “Adventure” of the NCS (National Citizen Service) programme. Cubs and Scouts

We love welcoming Cubs and Scouts to our centres because their ethos inspires us – enjoying new adventures, experiencing the outdoors and gaining confidence is what we’re all about. Uniformed groups

Whether you’re working towards a badge, after a group celebration or simply enjoying a fun weekend away, we promise the same top class service, friendliness and experience whichever safe and secure centre you choose. Many groups, such as St. John Ambulance Badgers and Cadets, Boys and Girls Brigade plus Air, Sea, Army and Police Cadets, join us year after year.

Youth groups

On a Kingswood adventure, your youth group can learn new things about themselves and forge stronger bonds as a group - working together as a team to conquer challenges, learning how to recognise their strengths, picking up new skills without even realising or focusing on personal development and life skills with one of our specially designed programmes.

Special interest groups

From orchestras to dance groups, in between practice and performances, we have plenty of activities to keep young people energised. Our centres have plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces available and we’ll happily build free time or excursions into your programme to suit your requirements.

Sports teams

From rubgy festivals,  to football, netball, and martial arts, we love welcoming sports teams. We’ll design an active programme focusing on confidence, team work and leadership, and you can include free time sessions where you can utilise our outdoor spaces and practice areas for your own coaching programmes.

Faith groups

We welcome faith groups of all sizes and can provide spaces for meetings, rehearsals or worship which you can use for as much or little of your stay as needed. We will work with you to design an action packed programme of activities to suit your group, from climbing and abseiling to bushcraft and watersports.

Experience a real world, outdoor treasure hunt with our Geocaching upgrade

Using the latest geocache technology, your group can explore our outdoor treasure hunt and add hidden messages along the way for future groups to discover. Capture your group's imagination by encouraging them to solve the riddle, and watch them find the ultimate treasure chest.
