KS3 Environmental Field Studies

Bring Geography or Science to life and encourage your KS3 students to discover coasts, rivers, places and ecology in preparation for future GCSE field work. They’ll get to learn about data sampling techniques, as well as getting the chance to have a go at a choice of over 50 activities from caving to abseiling as part of their Kingswood field work adventure.

Programme highlights

Visit a local river and investigate the features and changes along its course.

Through hands on fieldwork, deepen understanding of coastal risks, processes and management.

✔ Ecology and Ecosystems
With a variety of environments available, including woodlands, freshwater and grassland, use practical fieldwork to broaden understanding of ecological concepts.

Immerse in somewhere unfamiliar and consider the quality of life of urban or rural places.
