As one of the most experienced providers of outdoor education and adventure in the UK, we are raising the bar to provide the very best adventurous learning experiences. By taking young people out of formal environments and into fun and exhilarating settings, we focus on providing challenge and encourage the development of social and emotional skills.
We take our responsibility very seriously in ensuring the well-being and development of the tens of thousands of young people that we inspire every year, and we are committed to delivering a substantial social contribution to our community, the environment, and to young people. Therefore, we have embarked on a journey to focus on clear and measurable projects which show our commitment to the positive process of our wider social engagement.
The newly formed Kingswood Foundation will focus on our responsibility to three key areas
Social and community
those who are bound by a common experience and who effect or are affected by Kingswood; either geographically, historically or through common characteristics
the world’s ecosystems and natural resources that can be directly and indirectly affected by Kingswood’s operations
ensuring that young people, whether an employee or apprentice, and our guests and those within the wider community are not vulnerable to harm
