Kingswood: Cromer Regeneration Study

Cromer has long been a declining seaside resort, with little impetus for change. Government initiatives aim to revitalise and restore Cromer's status as a thriving economic centre. Students assess the current amenity value of Cromer's services, ascertain the public's understanding and support for the scheme and look at different locations in Cromer, that indicate either a decline or a move to revitalise the area.

Fieldwork: SWOT analysis; environmental quality index; land use mapping; questionnaires; traffic/pedestrian counts.
