Take a walk on the wild side! Eco Trails give pupils the opportunity to experience the wonders of the environment. You can choose one or more of our exciting new trails. Pupils will then be guided by one of our trained instructors into the natural world, where they will gain knowledge of the world around them that they never knew existed.
Pupils are told all about the creepy crawlies found in the environment around them, and then look for their own.
Deep into the woodland, pupils play games, learn about the history & uses of plants over the centuries. How old is the oldest tree in Britain? Why are holly leaves spiny? These questions and many more are explained in this fun trail.
You get to choose what our pupils learn about! Each of our coastal centres has stunning cliffs and rockpools heaving with life. Would you like to learn about geology, investigate rockpools or play games, or maybe all three?
