Life Skills

Life Skills has all the fun and action of Adventure Choice but in addition, it allows the focus of your adventure to be on developing your pupils’ social, emotional and personal skills. By further emphasising the naturally occurring learning outcomes attached to the challenging and high-adrenaline activities on offer, and including planning and review sessions during your trip, your young people will take away so much more than just great memories. Supporting attainment and well-being, this personal development programme helps to equip your pupils with a positive mindset to prepare them for a future that they don’t yet know.

YoungMinds

We donate £1 for every young person that completes this adventure to our partner charity, YoungMinds.

YoungMinds champion children and young people’s mental health and well-being across the UK. It’s their mission to improve the emotional resilience of all children, ensure that those who suffer get fast and effective support, and build a society where mental health has no attached stigma.
