Making a Provisional Booking
To make a ‘No Obligation’ booking simply contact our Schools Liaison department who will be delighted to check availability at your chosen centre and advise you of suitable course options. You will be sent details of your proposed visit along with full costings. They will also be able to arrange any necessary pre-visit inspections and explain how we can help support your school in launching your trip.

FREE Teacher Weekends

Throughout the year we host preview weekends, giving teachers a real feel of life on centre. You’ll get to see our educational programmes close-up and also experience some of our adventure activities first-hand.

Step 2

Launching Your Trip
When you launch your school trip to parents and students you will receive a ‘Welcome Pack’ that includes everything that you will need to successfully advertise your visit including posters, a DVD presentation and savings cards. A member of our Parents’ Meeting team can come to your school and explain to parents the benefits of a visit to Kingswood. Click here to request this.

Step 3

Confirming your Booking
Simply confirm the number of children attending and include initial deposits. If you take out our comprehensive travel insurance for a small fee then, in certain circumstances, all deposits are returnable if cancelled.

First deposits where the whole stay costs £100 or less per party member – £20.

First deposits where the whole stay costs more than £100 per party member – £40.

Step 4

Second Deposits
Second deposits are due within 8 weeks of making your initial deposit payment.

Second deposits where the whole stay costs £100 or less per party member – £45.

Second deposits where the whole stay costs more than £100 per party member – £55.

Step 5

Final Balance
The final balance is due 8 weeks before you arrive at centre.

Choosing Your Programme
One month before you arrive you will receive full details of your programme and details of how to download our ‘Previsit Documents’. This will ensure you can choose your options from all of our modules, making the best choices for your stay.
