Each has been chosen for its very special characteristics that make them a particularly extraordinary place to stay. This might be a fantastic beach, beautiful valley or even a delightfully compact campus or a unique sense of heritage. Whichever centre your child will be visiting, you can be assured of a warm welcome and our highest standards of care. All of our Centres boast fantastic, year-round, all-weather facilities, so come rain or shine, there’s always a day packed full of adventure. From Indoor Climbing Walls to Swimming and Canoe Splash, Indoor Sports Halls, Archery and Aeroball, there’s always something to discover. Also, our newest outdoor activity equipment has been designed to be used in comfort whatever the weather conditions. |
Staying Away From HomeMany of our young guests are staying away from home and family for the first time at Kingswood. We understand this and that is why our centres are such welcoming places with friendly staff, smiling faces and excellent pastoral care facilities, such as First Aid points with caring First Aiders. You may be very keen to call your child whilst they are at our Centres. Operationally we have found is easier for children to call you from our payphones which are available at all Centres. If you feel you child may be a little homesick, we recommend that you leave it a few days before you speak with them to make their transition easier and allow them to settle in and enjoy the Centre lifestyle. We often find that this feeling lessens after a few days with so much adventure and activity going on! |

Outstanding facilities, exquisite locationsPupils sleep in warm purpose-built dormitory-style accommodation, with boys and girls on separate floors and gender-separated bathroom & shower facilities. Sheets, duvets and pillows are provided for all guests. Teacher rooms are at the end of each corridor. To fuel young guests during a long day of thrilling adventure activities, our diners serve three hot meals per day, with lots of choice with seasonal variations. Each day is a carefully balanced nutritional meal plan, recently updated to meet and exceed the latest Government standards on children’s meals. |
